Utility Improvements for The Punk Carter Parkway Extension in the Light Farms Project. The Punk Carter Parkway Extension work consists of approximately 148 LF of Storm Pipe, 373 LF of Waterline by bore and open cut, Traffic Control, Erosion Control Measures and related work in the Light Farms Master Planned Community in Celina, Collin County, TX. Punk Carter Parkway Extension o Grading entails establishment of a SWPPP, erosion control measures, demolition, removal of signage and barricade and pavement subgrade, dirt haul-off/haul in as necessary, traffic control and related grading completion work. o Utility work entails installation of storm line, water line bore and open cut, traffic control and other related work. o Paving consists of 7" & 10" thick concrete roadway paving, sidewalks and street light installation, electrical conduit design and installation, signage installation, traffic control and other related work. Spoils and haul-off to stay within Light Farms unless instructed otherwise by client or engineer. Existing roadways must be kept clean at all times
