Site work for a mixed-use development in Avon, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
As of May 13, 2022, the project was awarded to Sioux Equipment and the awarded amount is $118,396.95. The project consists of burying a 10,000 gallon fuel tank and all installation and connection of the fuel tank to the Avon School heating system. The tank was previously ordered by the Avon School Board of Education. Bid to be awarded after May 9, 2022 school board meeting. Construction start date is dependent on arrival of the 10,000 gallon tank. Expected arrival date is October to December 2022.
