All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked in the lower left comer Sealed Bid#2022-16 Materials Bridge#93A, along with the time and date of opening: (Monday, May 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.) Title 61 : Any bid received more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids, or any bid received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same. The soonest a bid can be received is Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids.
