Questions concerning th s bid must be addressed to Jason Shanks, Kay County Commissioner, N iwkirk, Oklahoma at 580-362-2231 Any bid received more than ninety six hours excluding saturdays sundays and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids or any bid received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considèred and shall be returned unopened All bids must be accompanied by a Business Relationship Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification. Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the requirements of Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond and Statutory Bond. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids, wave formalities and enter into such contract as such be deemed in the best interest of the Taxpayers of Kay County. Performance Bond: 100% Maintenance Bond: 100% Completion Date: 120 Calendar Days.
