PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project involves includes but not limited to the following infrastructure improvements: Electrical (electrical panel upgrades, power to building upgrades), bonding, UPS, upgrade to existing HVAC, expansion, and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes), renovation (piping, exterior wall, interior wall for water proofing), communications infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to CAT6A cable) in building, physical security upgrades. The technical complexity is low for this project; however, the contractor must comply with TERO (Tribal Employment Rights Office) requirements at a very remote area, with restricted day construction hours. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. The solicitation will be issued in June of 2022. The period of performance is approximately 110 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
