For the Bid Packages listed below for furnishing labor and materials for the: ALTUS PUBLIC SCHOOLS - FIELD LIGHTS AT JR HIGH AND KIWANIAS PARK Bid Packages: #1 Field Lights/Electrical (L&M) For a complete description of the bid packages scope, refer to summary of work in the project manual and Alternates. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. A cashiers check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of (5%) of the bid shall accompany the submitted proposal of each bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on qualifi cations set forth in the bidding documents. LXPLP
