Please see the Invitation to Bid for full scope details. *30-bathroom shower/tub inserts with Delta or equivalent brand 3 piece for one piece whatever is recommended by bidder. 2 Sets extra. *30-bathtubs American Standard or equivalent brand 16 left drains and 16 right drains enamel steel/ADA. Extras included. *30-Delta or equivalent brand Tub and Shower set - 1.75GPM (chrome) 2 sets extra *30-Delta or equivalent brand single valve box. 2 extra *30-bathtub double corner shelf insert. 2 extra *30-Pop up stopper and overflow (chrome) 2 extra *30-Safety grab bars 16 with knurled grip. 2 extra *Any wall patch work that may be needed. *All bidders must have 5 plus years of experience in remodeling and plumbing. Work must be under warranty for at least one year. (References may be requested if needed). *Bidders are responsible for ensuring all waste materials are handled and disposed of in accordance and in compliance with all NM State rules and regulations. (A dumpster will be provided by CHA) *All completed work is subject to inspection and approval by CHA. Bids received after specified time will be returned to bidder. All bids withing the appropriate time frame will be retained by the Cuba Housing Authority. Upon receipt of all bids, the selected bidder will be notified per an award notice with all information needed or required.
