This Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Pre-Primed Medium Density Plywood in the sizes and quantities described within Items 1 and 2 of this document. A Contract will be awarded to the vendor submitting the lowest price-per-sheet bid for the Pre-Primed Medium Density Plywood which meets the requirements detailed within the Specifications detailed below. Price per sheet will be determined as follows: (Vendor Unit Price for Item) / (Qty of sheets per lot) = Price Per Sheet Preference will be given to the Vendor providing the lowest price for pre-primed 3/4" (19mm) thick boards (Items 1.1 and 2.1). In the event no compliant bids are received for Items 1.1 and 2.1, the Province reserves the right to award the Contract to the vendor submitting the lowest priced compliant bid for the options 1.2 and 2.2. SPECIFICATIONS 1. (Items 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, and 2.2) All plywood shall be primed on both sides and on all 4 edges with a white premium acrylic exterior primer. 2. All bundles shall have 1/2" plywood protection panels on top and bottom of each bundle. 3. Product shall be flat, dry, clean, dust free and ready for the application of pressure reflective sheeting without further treatment. 4. Product must conform to CSA O121-M1978 (R2003) 2 step M.D.O., 2 faced(G2S) 5. All laminations shall be 100% Douglas Fir. DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE Vendor agrees to deliver Item 2--4' x 8' Medium Density Plywood--on or before August 31, 2022 to the Shipping Address detailed above. Vendors may deliver Item 1--4' x 10' Pre-Primed Medium Density Plywood--on or before August 31, 2022 to the Shipping Address detailed above. Bids must include pricing for delivery to the Shipping Address detailed above. Bids detailing a delivery date later than August 31, 2022 will be deemed non-compliant.
