This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Bulk Highway Coarse Salt Haulage Services as per the Specifications attached to this document. The resulting Service Contracts shall be for a 8-month year term--from September 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023--with the availability to renew for TWO additional 8-month option periods (September 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024 inclusive; and September 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024) upon written mutual agreement by both parties. Lowest of any bid may not necessarily be accepted due to bidder's fleet capacity and location of salt storage facility. All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply. All bid submissions MUST include a photocopy of a $500.00 bid deposit.
