This tender is to supply and deliver kitchen supplies for various schools in the DISTRICT SCOLAIRE FRANCOPHONE NORD-EST. Bidders MUST provide their own product numbers if they are not the same as the bid. the offer. Bidders must include specifications if quoting an item that is equivalent to or better than the products listed. The best overall value will be determined at the sole discretion of the Government of New Brunswick and all such decisions are final. Sellers must bid on the submission form and shipping costs MUST be included. The intent is to award the contract to the bidder with the lowest responsive bid for all items and shipping charges. Bidders must bid for all items specified in the solicitation document. Bidders must verify and confirm delivery date no later than August 22, 2022. All inquiries must be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any request received less than seven calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the RFP number and closing date in your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate response.
