To provide Winter Maintenance Services for Department of Transportation and Infrastructure for Davidson Lake(Sandy Cove Road, Carline Lane, Lodge Lane, Davis Lane and Jocelyn Lane) Project 05-22-E601CE as per the description, location and level of service of roads are included in the attached Schedule "A" Specification Document, from November 1, 2022 to April 30th, 2023 for a one (1) year period with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods in one year increments at the same price, conditions and upon written agreement from both parties. The Contract will be Awarded to the lowest compliant bid based on the total contract price for a One (1) year period and meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications tender documents. Prior to Award a list will need to be provided to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure identifying the necessary equipment to complete the work in a timely manner. Prior to Contract Award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid. Prior to award, references, Criminal Record Checks, Insurance and WorkSafe NB registered and in good standing, will be required as per SECTION 22,23 and Schedule C Winter Maintenance Insurance Schedule General Items, Part A, Part B, Part C and Confirmation Coverage Winter Maintenance of the Specification documents attached.
