Windham Southeast School District invites contractors to bid on unit ventilator renovations to Guilford Elementary School and Academy School. Demolition and Replacement of (10) ten unit ventilators, ii. Modify existing heating piping including new pipe insulation and repair of existing heating pipe insulation. iii. Modify existing cabinets and counters as necessary to install replacement units. iv. Verify water and air flow balancing after work is complete. v. Installation of split system cooling units and refrigerant piping for (2) two units serving the auditorium. vi. All units shall be provided with DDC ready IP based BACnet controllers that will be integrated into the DDC control system under a separate contract. vii. This contractor shall install three-way control valves provided by owner. viii. Replace existing heating pumps P1 and P2. ix.
