Selective Interior Demolition & Asbestos Abatement - EEG Project, Arkansas Tech University - Jones Hall - Russellville, Arkansas Contract includes selective demolition and the removal and proper disposal of all asbestos-containing materials known to exist at Jones Hall on the ATU campus in Russellville, Arkansas. Bids from ADEQ-certified Asbestos Contractors will be the only respondents considered. The project is scheduled to start as soon as contracts are signed and Bonds have been provided. This project does require the mandatory Notice of Intent to ADEQ and its associated waiting period. A bid bond in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to obtain Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the value of the contract if the bid amount is in excess of $20,000.00. All bidders shall conform to the requirements of Arkansas Code Annotated 17-25-101, Arkansas Contractors licensing law. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All contractors must be licensed on the day the project bids.
