The Municipality of Jasper does not currently have a computer model of its wastewater collection system. The intent of this study work is to develop a comprehensive wastewater model that will guide the operation, maintenance, upgrading and expansion and renewal of the utility in a sustainable manner. This project must establish a computer-based model of the existing wastewater system, assess the capacity of the system, and identify any deficiencies that affect the immediate and long-term function of the wastewater system. The model will be used to establish necessary upgrades to meet current conditions and for future development.
