Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to an educational facility in Gregory, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the remodel of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
No bidder may withdraw a bid for 30 days following the bid opening without a written request explaining the cause of the withdrawal and without written consent of the Owner after reviewing the cause. Liquidated damages shall be in effect for this project. See Bid Form and Liquidated Damages for details. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check or draft certified or issued by a state or national bank, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to Gregory Public Schools; or in lieu thereof, bidder may furnish a bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and payable to Gregory Public Schools as a guarantee that such bidder will enter into a contract with the Gregory Public Schools for the work described in the bid and as specified. Gregory Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. *This project has been identified as part of a stimulus package
