As of May 18, 2023, this project is currently on hold. An architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Gregory, SD, is re-questing an architectural qualification regarding the city's cur-rent city hall building. The city is considering whether to remodel the current building, build on to the current building, build a new building, or remodel and move into another existing building. The City of Gregory is an equal opportunity employer and provider. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
