Bid must be accompanied by satisfactory bid security executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Hunker Borough Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Labor Compliance is mandatory.
