**As of March 24,2023, project was awarded to Proj was awarded to G.R Noto Electric for $51,850 for electrical. Kimble, Inc for $249,800 for Plumbing. Kimble, Inc for $65,500 for HVAC and JC Orr & Son for $298,950 for General Construction. with the total amount of $666,100.00** General Construction Hvac Construction Plumbing Construction Electrical Construction Bidders are encouraged to attend. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Northern Tioga School District, or a satisfactory bid bond executed in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds for all Bids. Attention is called to the provisions for payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Specifications must be paid on this project. The Northern Tioga School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Northern Tioga School District.
