Site work and paving for a road / highway in Westfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnish and place 386 Tons of 9.5 MM Fine Grade Wearing Course, and 29 Tons of Flexible Base Repair. A Prevailing wage rates do not apply. A bituminous escalator clause is included in this contract. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
