Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Westfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
All bids will be on forms provided by Owner. All envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked: "Westfield Borough Community Building Floor Project. The project includes the removal, repair, and replacement of approximately 4,380 feet squared of flooring and approximately 400 linear feet of dry wall in its municipal building. Bids will include the removal of the old flooring where needed, new underlayment, leveling where needed, mold treatment as needed, placement of new flooring or equivalent to commercial grade 22 mill vinyl and/or commercial carpet where applicable, and drywall repair in the Westfield municipal building, and other repairs, with appropriate materials and suitable equivalence. The Owner has the right to accept and/or reject all bids submitted in accordance herewith within sixty (60) days of the bid opening. Upon receipt of a bid by the Owner, the approved bidder must complete work by May 31, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, payment bond, and a performance bond as required by Pennsylvania law. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities as permitted by law. Bids submitted after bid opening will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any purpose.
