Reconstruction of the first floor Apartments and Common Spaces. The reconstruction work includes drywall, insulation, doors, flooring, painting, vanities, kitchen cabinet, countertops and vanity sinks, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, baseboard heating replacement, electrical devices and wiring. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Tioga County Housing Authority, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds for all Bids. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity, and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Specifications must be paid on this project. The Tioga County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Tioga County Housing Authority.
