Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to supply labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for improvements to the Lazy Mountain Trailhead Parking Lot. The project will install a paved turnaround, a vaulted single CXT restroom, an electronic gate, and illumination. Additional items include clearing, grubbing, ditch linear grading, installing drainage culverts, topsoil and seeding. As additive alternates, the project would include demolition and removal of the existing restroom, seal coating and striping the parking lot.
