The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide repair services to a Gym bathroom and entryway for damages resulting in frozen pipes and water damage from the recent wind storm. Broken pipes have been repaired and are not included in this solicitation. Sheet rock removal to access broken pipe repair requires patching and a small bathroom shall be completely repainted.
