The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified vendors to supply Bulk Sodium Chloride (5,890 cubic yards) for winter road maintenance purposes for the Matanuska Susitna Borough (MSB), Public Works Department, Operations and Maintenance Division Questions Due Date: May 23rd 2022, 5:00 PM AKDT For more information call (907) 861-8601 or e-mail purchasing@matsugov.us. Failure to produce a certified weigh ticket at time of delivery shall result in liquidated damages at the rate of $100.00 per occurrence. Deliveries shall be begin after July 1st, with all deliveries completed by September 30, 2022. The Matanuska-Susitna Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any and all technicalities or informalities it deems appropriate. Award of this project is subject to the availability of funding.
