Huntsville Utilities is soliciting bids for the following item(s): Please provide a delivered price and availability on the following: Thirty - 7620V Regulator(s), in compliance with the enclosed Huntsville Utilities Specification Please submit your proposal in duplicate on the final pages of the enclosed Proposal Form. For purposes of this query we will consider the pre-approved manufacturers or a proven equivalent. If you propose an equivalent manufacturer, provide descriptive literature which demonstrates that our requirements are met. Huntsville Utilities is the sole judge of equivalency. Advise of manufacturer and model quoted. Advise of any price break quantities. Quote terms, availability, firm price, and FOB Huntsville, Alabama. However, we reserve the right to consider alternative pricing proposals or award of like items on a lot basis. Bids without the proper bid opening information may be considered non responsive.
