The work includes furnishing materials, and equipment delivered to Front and C Street in Crescent City, CA. For each line item that is bid upon, a corresponding submittal/material data sheet must also be provided demonstrating that the required specifications for each product, material, or equipment are being met. The Bidders must include freight on board to Front and C Street in the individual line items. Bids will be ala carte meaning that the City will select the lowest cost of each of the individual line items meeting the required specifications and project timing. Suppliers may bid on one or more line items and are not required to bid on every line item. Bidders must certify their ability to deliver the specified product by July 31st, 2022. This is a procurement of goods only following the City's Municipal Code and as such is not subject to the rate of prevailing wages as established by the California Department of Industrial Relations and the Department of Labor. Bidders must comply with all applicable governmental and local agency requirements. Bids received after the time established for receiving bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid after the time established for receiving bids or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the Owner's judgment, the lowest responsive bid. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any immaterial deviations in any bid and to delete items listed in the bid.
