The Work in the East Side Street Reconstruction Project includes the following: 1. Construction of Drainage Improvements along A Street, S Maple Street, S C Street, S Oak Street, S Jamison Street, and Vinsonia Street as shown on the plans in accordance with The City of Morgan's Point and Harris County Specifications. 2. Construction of Paving Improvements along A Street, S Maple Street, S C Street, S Oak Street, S Jamison Street, and Vinsonia Street as shown on the plans in accordance with The City of Morgan's Point and Harris County Specifications. 3. Construction of Precast Fencing along E Barbours Cut Boulevard as shown on plans. 4. Install or relocate Decorative Lighting and conduit as shown on plans. 5. Install water line along S Oak Street including service connections as shown on plans. 6. Remove and dispose of existing inlets, storm sewer pipes, driveways, sidewalk, curbs, and pavement as shown on plans. 7. Contractor shall repair any damage to existing facilities and restore the natural grades along the construction limits where applicable. 8. Adjust rim elevations to be flush with pavement for all water valves and manholes in conflict with proposed pavement. 9. Adjust/replace sanitary sewer service lines as needed to accommodate placement of proposed storm sewer. 10. Adhere to traffic control plan, including proper signage and barricade placement, as shown in plans. 11. Clean up work area daily and properly dispose of all waste resulting from construction. 12. Replace any items damaged as a result of construction.
