Point Sport Court The right is reserved, as the interest of the district may require, to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Scope The work primarily consists of the installation of a multipurpose sports court located south of E Barbours Cut Blvd on Yellow Rose Way. Mixed-use court will be marked for tennis and pickleball, with basketball goal posts. Project also includes site work with a new parking area, sidewalk, outdoor exercise equipment, lighting, electrical and a restroom building. Contractor or subcontractor to have built 3 concrete tennis or pickleball courts within the last 5 years. Name and references must be provided with the bids The restroom may be prefabricated or constructed on site.
