AMHC seeking Vendor to service, repair and maintain a Canton Model: Single, Stage Dual Jack, Hydraulic Serial: 27262. FY22 (Date of Execution - 6/30/22)- Troubleshoot, service and repair Alton Mental Health Center elevator in the Holly Building as needed on a time and material basis. Canton Model: Single, Stage Dual Jack, Hydraulic Serial: 27262. Conduct annual evaluations. Standards must meet all State and Federal Regulations. Work to be completed as described in attached Scope of Service. FY23 (7/1/22 - 6/30/23) - Troubleshoot, service and repair Alton Mental Health Center elevator in the Holly Building as needed on a time and material basis. Canton Model: Single, Stage Dual Jack, Hydraulic Serial: 27262. Conduct annual evaluations. Standards must meet all State and Federal Regulations.
