Demolition and site work for a residential development in Alton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of Alton will receive bids for demolition of 608 Brookside Avenue and 517 Wyss Avenue. City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. This is a prevailing wage project. a) Project Description The project consists of the complete demolition and removal and disposal of any existing buildings, fences and similar appurtenances located on the premises. The foundation, footing and basement floors shall be completely removed from the demolition site and disposed of at an approved disposal site. Any cisterns or similar reservoirs found on the premise are to be removed. 608 Brookside Avenue is unstable due to a fire on the premises. It is to be demolished using the WET DEMO method
