**As of April 19, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Alton, Illinois invites prospective bidders to respond to the Request for Qualifications for the Riverview Drive Reconstruction Phase I. Responses will be evaluated, and notification of Short-Listed Offerors will be completed by April 1, 2022. Late responses will not be considered. The Riverview Drive Reconstruction Phase I project consists of the design and construction of a retaining wall to support the new roadway. Any stabilization required to support the retaining wall and adjacent roadway is also part of the design-bid Phase I project. The scope of work will be to design and construct a retaining wall; and design any stabilization required to support the retaining wall and adjacent roadway. Care should be taken to not impact the adjacent private properties along Riverview Drive without express written consent by said property owners. The Owner is not responsible for any agreements and/or easements required with the adjacent property owners. Additional information can be found in Attachment A. SCI No. 2016-3233.10
