Contractor shall document all activities pertaining to this project in accordance with these specifications and all applicable laws. Contractor shall ensure that all special precautions, as stated in these documents, have been taken to protect cooling and heating systems, existing electrical equipment, and communication, security, fire, computer systems. Contractor shall ensure that the performance ofthis project does not interfere with the normal operations of all the tenants in the building.
