Shepherd University is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for the purchase and delivery of Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) to various locations on campus. Target Dates: May 16, 2022: Evaluation Complete June 1, 2022: Contract Effective June 1, 2022 as to completion of contract and preparatory period prior to deliveries beginning July 1, 2022. Communications with employees of Shepherd University or other representatives of the State concerning this request by the bidder or on behalf of the bidder, except as specified below would not be appropriate during the submission and selection processes. If communication does take place, the proposer may be eliminated from the selection process.
