Wythe County Board of Supervisors Request for Proposal Inspection Services Term Contract The Wythe County Board of Supervisors is seeking proposals for an Inspection Services Term contract. Awards may be made to more than one Offeror. Contract term will be for one year and may be renewable for two additional one-year terms. The County has several projects underway such as Pump Stations installation, Force Main installation, Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion, Water Treatment Plant Expansion, Water Tank Installation, etc. Inspection types under the contract include: Resident Project Representative, Concrete Testing, Concrete Cylinders, Compaction Tests, Collect Scale Tickets, Visual Inspections, Inspection Reports, Weld Inspections, Torque Tests, etc. Fair and reasonable prices as negotiated shall be used in determining the cost of each project performed. Interested firms or individuals are requested to submit two copies of qualifications and references on Standard Form (SF) 330. Wythe County encourages MBE/WBE type firms to submit proposals. The County of Wythe reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
