Quote Submission Instructions The following documents must be submitted with the quote. 1. Complete and sign SF-1442 and the prices/costs in Section B, page 1. 2. Complete all other representations and certifications required by Section K and not already completed in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on June 6, 2022. Quotes shall be submitted by email to Elrick Lounds, Contract Specialist, at elrick.lounds@usda.gov. This is a request for quote (RFQ) solicited using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. Contractors are strongly urged to attend the site showing. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to construct the project at outlined in statement of work and detailed in the specifications, drawings, and plans attached hereto. The estimated value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request for Quotes(RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Ohio State Office for work to be performed near Harrison, Montgomery County, Ohio. Through the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service Emergency Watershed Protection Program, the NRCS, and the Sponsor the Harrison Township, propose to contract a stream clearing project along a tributary to the Stillwater River, located along Shoop Mill Rd. between Main St. and Riverside Dr. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 25 May 2022 at 1:00pm Local Time. Participants will meet at Harrison Township, Sinclair Park, 685 Shoup Mill Rd Dayton, Ohio 45415.
