QUESTIONS DUE BY: May 20, 2022, at 4:30 PM The State anticipates the start date will be 7/25/2022. The substantial completion date will be 11/3/2022 and contract completion date will be 5/12/2023, which includes a one-year warranty period. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the "State") is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified Architectural and/or Engineering firm to provide architectural, engineering, and specialty planning and pre-design services to prepare the State for renovations to the Vermont Building at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Massachusetts (1305 Memorial Avenue). Interested firms are invited to bid on providing architectural and engineering design services and consultant services described in Section 2 of this RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
