Site work for a water / sewer project in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The town of west springfield invites bids for 2022 latrhop street water main replacement. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of five (5%) percent of bid as a bid bond, cash, a certified check or certificate of deposit issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of West Springfield. A Payment and a Performance Bond, in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price will be required of the Successful Bidder. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of General Laws, (Ter. ED.) Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. (Public Works Construction). The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price. The Town of West Springfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding if it be in the public interest to do so.
