The work includes: removal and replacement of the existing boiler, installation of a new emergency generator, installation of new classroom HVAC ductless split systems, and related upgrades to the existing building electrical system upgrades, all in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents. QUESTIONS: All Requests for Information (RFI) related to Work of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to David P. Owen, CDox LLC, (413) 575-2621 or dowen@cdoxconsulting.com. RFI responses, if deemed necessary, will be issued only in the form of an Addendum, to every individual or firm on record as having taken a set of Contract Documents. No RFI will be answered unless received at least seven days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded prior to the expiration of the time set for filing sub-bids.
