Questions Due: 5-20-2022 by 12:00 PM Oakland University (OU) in Rochester, MI is seeking quotes for bulk CO2 and delivery for use in Oakland University's pool. Successful vendors will be asked to provide the specified Bulk CO2 and Delivery listed below to Oakland University at the agreed upon price along with delivery to the Department of University Recreation and Well-Being, 569 Pioneer Road, Rochester, MI 48309-4482. It is anticipated that first orders will be placed beginning July 1, 2022. With subsequent orders made at various times throughout the fiscal year (July-June). Delivery of first order will be expected within 2 weeks of the time the order was placed. The initial term of the contract will commence upon the first date of execution, and will remain in effect for 1 year, with the option to extend for 4 additional one-year periods. Based on mutual agreement of Oakland University and the successful respondent, unless terminated, or canceled, as otherwise provided herein. The University reserves the right to reject any filter at its sole discretion. Awarded company -Leonard's Syrups
