Project Description: Replacement of asphalt shingles with standing seam metal roofing while protecting existing aluminum gutter and metal clad fascia, replacement of deteriorating wood siding with pre-finished composite siding material, relocation of existing steel passage door, installation of a new overhead coiling door, modification to existing 2x4 framed enclosure to facilitate incorporated doorways, and increasing electrical service and extending data cabling from the distribution panel within the basement of the Visitor Center by means of conduit trenched or directionally bored.
