Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Warrington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the replacing the controls systems at three pump stations and regearing the pumps at the stations to operate at a constant speed. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of West Brandywine Township Municipal Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of West Brandywine Township Municipal Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to BiddersThe work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the Beaver Creek Pump Station, 210 Swinehart Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 at the date and time indicated in Article 5 of the Instructions to Bidders provided on PennBid. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
