The objective is to put a picnic shelter- 16'x24' in the park for families to use and enjoy. The contractor is to supply a quote for a steel or metal gable shelter- 16'x24'. To include the purchase and installation of the Picnic Shelter. The contractor will be responsible for installing all specified equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, and services required for proper installation and completion of the work, whether each necessary item is mentioned or not. SITE CONDITIONS Any and all grading and a concrete pad- 25'x17' will be done and in place prior to installation of the shelter and will be done by another vendor. It should be noted that there is water on-site, but no power utility. The Town anticipates issuing a letter of intent by June 17, 2022, to be followed as soon as possible by a contract. The picnic shelter installation should commence as soon as the shelter is delivered, and a schedule is agreed upon by both the contractor and the Recreation & Parks Department. The contractor will provide and deliver to the job site all specified equipment. The contractor will also provide and deliver to the site all other required construction materials and supplies. The contractor will pay for all labor necessary to load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies.
