The Town of Williston is interested in a quote to clean 140 catch basins as depicted in the list and maps provided in Attachment A. 1.This project may begin after award is granted and must be completed by November 1, 2022. 2. Hydrants will be opened by the Town's Water Department staff when needed and requested. Request should be made no less than one business day in advance. 3. All material collected must be measured in cubic yard(s), with the total cubic yards of material collected included on the invoice. 4. Disposal of the material will be at Williston's Department of Public Works Facility located off Avenue A, or at a location agreeable to the Municipal Highway Department. Access for disposal shall be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance with the Stormwater Program Coordinator. 5. All operators are expected to provide traffic control and signage plans consistent with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, or if determined that traffic control is not required, the bid submittal shall clearly state "No Traffic Controls Required" and include a basis of determination. The Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Liability insurance naming the Town of Williston as an additionally insured party, and at minimum provide the following coverage. General Liability: Each Occurrence $1,000,000 MED EXP(any one person) $10,000 Personal & ADV Injury $1,000,000 General Aggregate $2,000,000 Products - Conpcp AGG $2,000,000 All questions should be submitted via email to cdougherty@willistonvt.org, by close of business on July 29, 2022, and will be answered by close of business on August 3rd , 2022. Any quotes received after August 5th in response to this request will not be considered. No quotes may be withdrawn within 90 days after closing of this request. The Town of Williston reserves the right to reject all quotes received or to accept the quote deemed in the best interest of the Town regardless of price.
