Install temporary perimeter and erosion and sediment control measures, including utility relocation work areas, and at existing culverts as needed. 2. Perform clearing and grubbing. 3. Removal of structures and obstructions. 4. Relocate utilities. 5. Subgrade excavations and building new subgrade. 6. Construct new or widen existing embankments. 7. Foreslope, ditch and backslope stabilizations. 8. Replace and upgrade existing drainage infrastructure with new curb and gutter, field inlets, manholes and culverts. 9. Place temporary erosion control devices at new curb and gutter, field inlets, manholes and culverts. 10. Install new guardrail and end terminals. 11. Install curb ramps, and light poles. 12. Install landscaping. 13. Pave the roadways, pathways, and approaches. 14. Place traffic markings. 15. Install signs. 16. Perform signal modifications as needed. 17. Install permanent erosion control measures throughout the project as soon as possible, where needed. 18. Achieve final slope stabilization. 19. Remove temporary erosion and sediment control measures.
