Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rufus, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
North Sherman County Rural Fire Protection District (District) is seeking written proposals from qualified firms to assist in planning and design for a new fire hall in Rufus, Oregon located at 400 Main St. The District is in the initial planning stages for the project and is looking for a firm that will work with them to identify the scope and develop a design for the new facility built on the same property. The facility may entail up to 6 vehicle bays, 1 restroom/shower, office and meeting space, heating, plumbing and electrical. It is estimated that the facility will be approximately 8000 square feet. This request is for proposals for the schematic design phase. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of May 12, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
