General Contract Consisting of a One Story, 6,677 Sf Fire Station and Associated Site Improvements. The Building Structure Will Be a Pre-engineered Metal Building With Metal Siding and Standing Seam Metal Roofing. Interior Spaces Will Be Built Out to Include an Apparatus Bay With Turnout and Storage Rooms and Stairway Access to a 1,137 S.f. Mezzanine. The the Living Area Will Be Located Under the Mezzanine and Consist of a Meeting/training Room, Kitchen, Office and Two Unisex Toilets. All Work Will Be Under a Single-prime Contract. Anticipated Conditional Intent to Award Date: June 13, 2025 9. Anticipated Conditional Notice to Proceed: June 20, 2025 10. Site/building Availability: June 20, 2025. Substantial Completion Date: March 27, 2026 The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities and to Reject Any or All Bids. D.
