Dsa Material Must Be Certified by the Pa State University and the Wyoming County Conservation District Approved Certificate of Compliance for Material Should Be Included With Bid. **motorized Paver With Operator(S) Capable of Handling Tri Axle Dump Trucks - Placement of Certified Dsa - One Pass - 8" Lift Compacted (by Township) - Prevailing Wages Apply and Included The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Nicholson Twp. A performance bond of 100% is required within 20 days of the award of the contract Possible awarding will be at our regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. The Nicholson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or items therein, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bids and to accept any bid which, in its judgment, is for its best interest.
