Renovation of an educational facility in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed tenders addressed to The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board will be received at the Board Office, which is located at 3927 Perth Road 180, Dublin, Ontario N0K 1E0, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 19, 2022. A Site Meeting will be held at the school located at 240 Oakdale Avenue, Stratford ON N5A 7W2 on Tuesday May 10, 2022, at 3:30pm. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site. The project involves the relocation and renovation of four existing portables (flooring, walls, ceiling, lighting, new doors and windows and new unit ventilators), the restoration of the grade with new sod and a sidewalk, the demolition of two portables and boardwalk, extension of the asphalt walkway at the new portable location and the coordination of two new portables purchased by the Board. Power and fire alarm connections to all six portables (4 existing and 2 new). Bid Bond amount of $60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. Electronic tender documents will be available to General Contractors only from the office of Marklevitz Architects Inc., 516 Huron Street, Stratford, Ontario.
