Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract generally consists of the Reconstruction of Huron Street from the Avon River to John Street. The Reconstruction activities primarily relate to the improving of roadway drainage, replacement of the existing sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer. New sidewalks and curb shall be installed where indicated on the plans. The Contractor will not be allowed to close any street without the express written consent of the City.
