The City of Lincoln is now accepting proposals for Traffic Signal Maintenance Services.Contractor's accepted Service Prices per the submitted and accepted Service Price Form will be in effect from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2027. Contractor will receive a 2.5% escalation for monthly services on the following dates: July 1, 2023, July 1, 2024, July 1, 2025, and July 1, 2026. With the exception of the allowed escalation, the Contract prices shall remain in effect for the duration of the contract. Escalation does not apply to material markup percentages, if included in the contract. The Traffic Signal Maintenance Contractors must bid on all areas requiring service. Contractor shall provide a monthly service price for each identified service and the required pricing for extra work and emergency repairs. The monthly service price provided shall be all inclusive, including: labor, materials, and transportation related costs.The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the RFP procedures.
